Neil, Director (he/him)

How I alchemise …

My style is to jargon-bust, simplify, and cut through the smokescreen. I create an environment where everyone feels free and safe to contribute their ideas

OK, But how …?

I deliver purpose-driven and engaging training that makes delivering the value you’ve been looking to create easier. I help individuals and teams identify and overcome key areas that act as barriers to success

About my past …

An Insights industry specialist for most of my working life, starting on the lowest rung of the ladder in 1990 and ending in 2019 having spent eight years on a board. I’ve always been told that I’m ‘good with people’ and embarked on an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) learning journey ending with becoming a trainer of it. That tells me that, like everyone else out there, we human beings develop as we go.

A quote that inspires me is …

From Sophia Bush, an American actor, who said, “You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously”. It’s a learning that inspires me to continue working on myself.

Nadia, Associate (she/her)

How I alchemise …

I help by shifting the perspectives that businesses have of themselves and get them to see all the options that they didn’t realise they already had — and then the confidence to act on them.

OK, but how …?

I remove barriers to growth, and I guide organisations to make sharper, more confident decisions. Whatever the setting, I connect the dots and bring structure that makes change feel possible.

About my past …

I’ve spent over 25 years in international business, working with organisations of every size. I’ve been lucky enough to work across different countries and cultures too. I draw on this experience to reframe challenges and suggest alternative ways of working. From opening new markets to redesigning processes and negotiating complex deals, I’ve learned what moves businesses forward and what holds them back.

A quote that inspires me is…

Seneca, a Roman philosopher said: “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.” For me, it’s a reminder that progress doesn’t come from waiting — it comes from clarity, courage, and the willingness to take the next step.
