Coaching is about exploring what it is we want in a safe and non-judgemental environment. By seeking an outside perspective we can carefully deconstruct our challenges then reconstruct them in a new way that is helpful and offers better choices. Having more of what we want helps us stand out from the crowd; we can get better at those things we are already good at and be a better version of ourselves for those around us.
Coaching with NLP
Neuro Linguistic Programming is an applied psychology that quickly unlocks how our minds work. It is the only cognitive behavioural technique that is totally outcome focused – our initial session is all about ‘outcome’ and we don’t do any work without one.
Our belief is that nobody is broken, and that we are all imperfectly perfect. Often, it is learning to accept our imperfections that opens the door to understanding who we are, why we get what we do, and what we want to do about it.
Creating a culture of coaching in an organisation is a great way of investing in your team and builds on our belief that they are what make your organisation thrive. Group coaching develops rapport and trust, which in turn lead to greater team accountability. Groups find they can problem solve easier by challenging their thinking through effective questioning.
