I created a bespoke sustainability & innovation learning programme for the leadership of a BCorp and Fairtrade coffee brand in the UK.
After we had been working closely together as tutors for another client, I asked Simon to distil his knowledge of The Six I’s of innovation into an innovation segment for my programme.
The leadership team enjoyed their journey of self discovery, and the insights gained from Simon were thought provoking and energising – I am excited to see where this will go next.
