After 10 successful years of award-winning service in Inverness-shire, we asked ourselves, what do we need now that will help us shape our future? We decided it was time to reinvest in our team. We know our people are our greatest asset and so fostering a greater sense of team is also an investment in our business.
We engaged Clan-Alchemy to help us develop our company values and behaviours. We co-created them, with every member of staff involved and heard, and they will form the basis of future recruitment, and reward.
As a leadership team, we took this foundation further and developed our purpose, vision ,and mission. We now have a brand compass to guide everything we do.
