I wanted the team thinking differently about innovation, about its fluidity, its constituent elements, and its associated mindsets, so I called in Clan Alchemy to deliver a two day ‘Six’I’s® in Action workshop. The alchemy worked – they delivered an engaging workshop mixing theory and practical application, all dispatched with a good dose of fun along the way. Taking two real world challenges around the Six’I’s® model was a real eye-opener.
