In June 2025, Neil Sykes of Clan Alchemy ran a two day Innovation workshop called “The 6 ‘I’s®In Action” for Yeo Valley HQ thanks to the invite from Martyn Lee FCMI CMgr. Their auditorium venue was perfect for plenary and group work, especially for day two when the group got to work through two real-world challenges using the model.
The group were super-engaged, sometimes surprised, often delighted, and really got stuck in. Thanks to the complimentary style of my co-host, Fiona McLaren, we delivered an innovation workshop that was as informative as it was fun – our view is that if you introduce positive emotion, support, and humour into learning, then recall is so much easier afterwards, and that’s the point right?
